Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Emergency Calls
Emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our customer service number at (843) 727-6800, then select option 1 to report a problem.

Account Information
You can get information on your account 24 hours a day through our automated phone system or on our web site. Call 727-6800 or sign up for online bill payment; you will need your account number or the social security number associated with your account.
